I recently purchased the Batko 1400XL and couldn’t be happier. I really appreciated the personal responses to my questions – it made the whole process feel very thoughtful and customer-oriented.

It was also great that while shopping for the machine, relevant accessories and compatible products were suggested automatically. That made it a lot easier to get everything I needed in one go.

One thing that could be improved is the availability of video content – especially showing the scale of the machines in context, and how to properly attach or use the accessories. That would be a big help for new users.

Overall, very satisfied with both the product and the service. Highly recommended!

J'ai été jusqu''à présent en contact direct avec la famille Batkovic et j'ai acheté une Cile1400 et un grand plateau en 2023, sans problème avec la livraison ni l'utilisation. La Cile1400 est un backstand simple et facile d'utilisation. J'ai récemment commandé un de vos variateurs de vitesse, et c'est là que les problèmes commencent et devraient être améliorés: il semble que sur l'île de Ré il n'y ait pas de DPD. Plutôt que de demander aux acheteurs de rechercher des DPD à leur proximités, demandez à votre transporteur quels sont les DPD proches de la destination définitive, hors des zones spéciales. Cela va permettre de gagner du temps au client et à vous..

Très bonne machine et bon rapport qualité-prix pour le peu que je l'ai essayé utile pour tout usage et matières par contre la bande ne va pas assez à droite je trouve et si on l'a règle un tout petit peu trop à gauche cela entaille le contour du moteur

Schuurbanden besteld die maar op 1 machine van Batko passen. Mooi voor mijn zelfbouw machine. Dag na bestellen een telefoontje van Batko, gewoon even voor de zekerheid, of ik zeker wist dat ik de goede schuurbanden had besteld. Ja dus, fijne sevice! De zelfde dag nog verzonden de volgende dag in huis. Toppers!
